Platinum Jasmine A 2018 Trust, linked to ADIA, sold 3.5 crore Lenskart Solutions shares through September 21 open-market transactions, representing 2.01% of total share capital, at average ₹683.02 per share. Gross trade value was about ₹2,390.57 crore. This is a partial secondary divestment, not a full exit or new capital investment.
