Havfram signs Green ECA Term loan facility to fully finance newbuilding programme

Havfram signed a senior secured green ECA term loan for two wind-turbine installation vessels. DNB led the lender syndicate, with Export Finance Norway as ECA lender. PSP and Sandbrook supplied sponsor equity separately; PSP was not identified as a facility lender.
