Crédit Agricole Assurances announces the acquisition of a stake in Clariane as part of Clariane’s capital increase operations (French only)
Public Sector Pension Investment Board →Crédit Agricole Assurances agreed to buy PSP’s full Clariane holding, then 3.4% of share capital. Completion was conditional on Clariane’s reserved capital increase. The June 5, 2024 French release does not establish that the sale had closed.
