PSP Investments and Loral complete the acquisition of Telesat
Public Sector Pension Investment Board →PSP and Loral completed the Telesat Canada acquisition for C$3.25 billion and combined substantially all Loral Skynet assets into Telesat. The price is transaction consideration, not PSP’s individual equity contribution.
