BC Partners and PSP Investments to acquire Keter Group from the Sagol family
Public Sector Pension Investment Board →BC Partners-advised funds and PSP agreed to acquire a majority interest in Keter from the Sagol family, which would retain a minority stake. Closing was expected in fourth-quarter 2016 and remained conditional.
