AlixPartners announces new ownership structure to support long-term growth
Public Sector Pension Investment Board →PSP, CDPQ, Investcorp and founder Jay Alix agreed to acquire AlixPartners stakes from CVC. Employees would retain a significant holding. The announced valuation exceeded US$2.5 billion and the transaction remained subject to regulatory approval.
