PSP Investments and ASUR acquire 50% stake in Aerostar, operator of San Juan Airport

PSP and ASUR completed a combined US$430 million acquisition of 50% of Aerostar from Oaktree-managed funds. PSP acquired 40%; ASUR added 10% to reach 60%. The combined consideration was not PSP’s individual investment.
