PSP Investments and ATL Partners Announce the Sale of Sky Aviation Leasing International Limited to Goshawk Aviation Limited
Public Sector Pension Investment Board →PSP and ATL Partners’ SKY Leasing platform agreed to sell its Irish SALI subsidiary to Goshawk. The investors would retain SKY Leasing’s US servicing businesses. The conditional sale was a scoped portfolio exit, not disposal of the entire SKY Leasing platform.
