CVC Fund VII Acquires Controlling Stake in Recordati S.p.A.

A consortium led by CVC Fund VII and including PSP and StepStone agreed to acquire FIMEI, the holding company owning 51.8% of Recordati, for €3.03 billion enterprise value. The company-level stake and collective enterprise value are not PSP’s individual ownership or contribution.
