Public Sector Pension Investment Board →PSP Investments Credit USA LLC committed part of the debt financing for the proposed LifePoint–RCCH merger alongside banks and a Qatar Investment Authority affiliate. Apollo-managed funds supplied equity separately. PSP’s debt amount was not disclosed.
