Greystar, PSP Investments and Allianz complete £1.5bn London student housing platform JV

PSP, Greystar and Allianz completed the Chapter London student-housing joint venture after regulatory approval. Allianz invested alongside PSP and Greystar’s existing interests; Greystar remained portfolio manager. The approximate £350 million figure was Allianz’s investment, not PSP’s.
