Forth Ports announces Arcus’ sale of its shares in the company to PSP Investments
Public Sector Pension Investment Board →PSP agreed to buy Arcus European Infrastructure Fund 1’s Forth Ports shares and planned to partner with other long-term investors after completion. Consideration was undisclosed.
