Mahi Pono purchase of former HC&S lands helps ensure agricultural future for Maui

Mahi Pono, a farming venture of PSP and Pomona Farming, purchased former Hawaiian Commercial & Sugar agricultural land from Alexander & Baldwin. The asset acquisition was indirect through Mahi Pono; its approximate acreage is not an ownership percentage.
