Wittur Group successfully closes stake sale to PSP Investments
Public Sector Pension Investment Board →PSP Investments Holding Europe completed its purchase of a 32% interest in a parent of Wittur International Holding from a Bain Capital-controlled company. Bain remained majority investor. The PSP interest was held through a wholly owned subsidiary.
