Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield forms partnership with PSP Investments and QuadReal for a €750Mn (£670Mn) Private Rented Sector scheme in London
Public Sector Pension Investment Board →PSP’s wholly owned subsidiary, QuadReal and URW signed a conditional agreement to form Cherry Park Partnership for a London rental-housing development. Proposed stakes were 37.5% each for PSP and QuadReal and 25% for URW; formation remained subject to customary conditions.
