Olam Orchards Australia announces sale of permanent water rights in Australia to PSP Investments for A$490.0 million
Public Sector Pension Investment Board →A PSP-related entity agreed to acquire Olam Orchards Australia’s permanent water rights for A$490 million. A separate almond-orchard acquisition was also agreed, with Olam continuing operations under a long-term revenue-sharing arrangement. The A$490 million applies only to the water-rights transaction.
