Convex Group Raises $1 Billion of Additional Capital

Convex announced $1 billion of additional capital commitments from existing and new investors, including continuing support from PSP and the Onex group and new investor GIC. Regulatory approvals were still required. PSP’s individual economics were undisclosed.
