Aviva Investors funds new office building in Cambridge with PSP Investments
Public Sector Pension Investment Board →Aviva Investors and PSP jointly funded development of 20 Station Road, Cambridge through a property joint venture, with Brookgate as developer. It extended their CB1 Estate program; no PSP-only development investment was disclosed.
