Telesat to Become Public Company through Agreement with Loral Space & Communications and PSP Investments

Telesat Canada, Loral and PSP agreed on a reorganization to place Telesat under a new Canadian-controlled public parent. The transaction was expected to close in 2021, subject to approvals. This release is not evidence that listing had already occurred.
