Australian Food & Fibre acquires cotton pioneer Auscott
Public Sector Pension Investment Board →Australian Food & Fibre, the joint venture between PSP and the Robinson family, acquired Auscott from J.G. Boswell. The release states all regulatory approvals had been met. Auscott’s 100% ownership belongs to AFF, not directly to PSP.
