Eurazeo and PSP Investments form dedicated joint venture for European hospitality

PSP and Eurazeo formed an equal-investment European hotel partnership planning up to €300 million in combined equity. They agreed to acquire FST Hotels’ five-hotel Spanish portfolio, subject to antitrust approval. No PSP allocation was calculated.
