Public Sector Pension Investment Board →PSP, QuadReal and Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield announced the planned opening of Coppermaker Square, their 1,225-apartment London rental development. Greystar was appointed property operator. Joint-venture ownership and property operations are distinct roles.
