Public Sector Pension Investment Board →PSP was the main equity partner in Waterline, a mixed-use Austin high-rise developed by Lincoln Property Company and Kairoi Residential. Construction began in 2022. Blackstone Mortgage Trust provided the construction loan; PSP is not identified as that lender.
