Radius Global Infrastructure to be Acquired by EQT Active Core Infrastructure and PSP Investments for $15.00 per Share in Cash
Public Sector Pension Investment Board →EQT Active Core Infrastructure and PSP agreed to indirectly acquire Radius Global Infrastructure for $15 per share in cash, with approximate enterprise value of $3 billion. Management would also participate. Closing remained subject to shareholder and regulatory conditions; the approximate valuation is not stored as PSP’s investment.
