FirstLight Power and H2O Power Announce Completion of Planned Integration
Public Sector Pension Investment Board →FirstLight completed the integration of H2O Power and its majority-owned Northern Ontario hydroelectric facilities. The transaction expanded PSP’s indirect renewable-energy platform into Canada. The release did not disclose an investment amount.
