PSP Investments and Northcrest Developments welcome global real estate leader Hines to the Downsview Airport Lands redevelopment project
Public Sector Pension Investment Board →PSP and subsidiary Northcrest Developments partnered with Hines to develop the Hangar District at Toronto’s Downsview Airport Lands. PSP acquired the 370-acre site in 2018; the first district was undergoing planning approval in February 2024.
