AviAlliance completes acquisition of AGS Airports

PSP’s wholly owned AviAlliance completed its acquisition of AGS Airports from Ferrovial and Macquarie at £1.53 billion enterprise value. AGS operates Aberdeen, Glasgow and Southampton airports. The value describes the acquired business, not a separate PSP equity cheque.
