Blackstone Infrastructure to Acquire Minority Stake in AGS Airports and Invest Behind the Growth of the United Kingdom

Blackstone agreed to acquire 22% of AGS Airports from AviAlliance for £235 million, leaving AviAlliance with 78%. PSP owned AviAlliance wholly, so the airport holding was indirect. The announcement is a partial disposal by PSP’s subsidiary, not a new PSP acquisition.
