Ceva Animal Health renews its shareholding structure with all its long-standing partners and opens its capital to Mérieux Institute and ARCHIMED to accelerate its growth

Ceva Animal Health restructured its shareholding, with PSP significantly increasing its ownership. Existing investors renewed support and Mérieux Institute and ARCHIMED joined the capital structure. Management retained a majority of voting rights. PSP’s individual amount and percentage were not disclosed.
