PSP Investments and Goldman Sachs Alternatives establish Partnership to Invest in Single-Family Rental Housing in Germany
Public Sector Pension Investment Board →PSP and Goldman Sachs Alternatives formed a German single-family rental housing partnership targeting €550 million in equity. PSP would supply 90% of venture capital and Goldman Sachs Alternatives 10% and act as investment manager. Approximate total capacity was €1.2 billion. No PSP amount was calculated from those proportions.
