PSP updated its Green Bond Framework. S&P maintained its Medium green assessment and confirmed alignment with ICMA’s Green Enabling Projects Guidance. BMO Capital Markets and NBC Capital Markets advised on the framework. This is a bond framework update, not a loan financing.
