Apollo Funds Commit $6.5 Billion to Ørsted’s Hornsea 3 in the UK

PSP committed to debt financing for the Hornsea 3 offshore wind transaction. Apollo-managed funds separately agreed to invest $6.5 billion for a 50% equity interest and remaining construction costs; that equity amount and ownership are not PSP’s debt commitment. Closing was anticipated before year-end 2025.
