FirstLight Executes Power Purchase Agreement for Fort Frances Solar Project

FirstLight signed a power purchase agreement with Ontario’s Independent Electricity System Operator for the Fort Frances Solar Project, developed with Lac Des Mille Lacs First Nation. This was a portfolio-company operating milestone, not a new PSP fund commitment. Subsequent November 2 disclosure places the retained Canadian business under Caelo Energy.
