Sunrise Senior Living Announces Majority Investment from BDT&MSD in a New Partnership with Sunrise Senior Leadership to Acquire Organization from PSP Investments

Funds affiliated with BDT & MSD agreed to acquire Sunrise Senior Living from PSP in partnership with Sunrise’s senior leadership. PSP first invested in 2014 and became sole owner in 2023. Closing is expected in 2027, subject to regulatory approvals; PSP has not been recorded as having completed the exit.
