Historical investee Cozre becomes Aidma’s wholly owned subsidiary

Aidma Holdings announced that Cozre became its wholly owned subsidiary on 30 September 2024. Dai-ichi Life had been named in Cozre’s 2022 equity financing. The buyer’s release does not identify the insurer as a seller or disclose its sale date, proceeds or return. The 2022 insurer investment remains historical and must not be presented as a current direct equity holding.
