Historical investee Modulus Discovery renames to Alivexis

Modulus Discovery’s Japanese company announced that it changed its name to Alivexis effective 11 March 2024. Its US subsidiary separately adopted the same new name. Dai-ichi Life’s previously disclosed 2020 investment concerned the Japanese company. This name change is not a new insurer financing, proof of a 2022 follow-on, or confirmation of its current stake.
