Dai-ichi Life expands AI support for nationwide insurance advisers

Dai-ichi Life reported full deployment of its Digital Buddy AI support tool from April 2026, with further functionality planned from September. The tool supports adviser preparation, meeting records, internal-information searches and customer communications alongside its integrated CRM.
