DLPR and DLDR sign conditional merger agreement

第一生命リアルティアセットマネジメント株式会社 announced a conditional merger of 第一生命ライフパートナー投資法人 (DLPR) into 第一生命総合リート投資法人 (DLDR), two unlisted open-ended private REITs for qualified institutional investors. Planned effectiveness is 1 February 2027, subject to approval at unitholder meetings scheduled for 9 December 2026 and other conditions. The insurer is expressly named among sponsors.
