Asset Guardian agrees corporate-business transfer to Holos Planning

Asset Guardian signed an agreement to transfer its fixed-salary, visit-based and online corporate business to Holos Planning. The transfer primarily concerns continuity of employee employment. The planned effective date was 1 December 2025. A later primary completion confirmation was not established. This was not a transfer of Asset Guardian shares, and no consideration was disclosed.
