Insurer joins HIBIYA CROSSPARK development announcement

Dai-ichi Life was among the developers announcing HIBIYA CROSSPARK as the name of the Uchisaiwaicho 1-chome mixed-use project. The announcement describes three districts with offices, retail and hotels, and planned south-district tower completion in fiscal 2028 followed by the middle-district NTT Hibiya Tower in fiscal 2031. These are planned milestones, not completed assets or insurer-specific investment amounts.
