Emirates NBD completes majority investment in RBL Bank

ICD-controlled Emirates NBD and RBL Bank confirmed completion of the investment announced in October 2025. Emirates NBD holds 60% of RBL Bank's expanded share capital following the primary issue and mandatory open offer. This is indirect ICD portfolio exposure.
