Dubai's Ruler issued Decree No. 23 of 2026 forming the ICD Board, chaired by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, with Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum as Vice Chairman. The decree takes effect from issuance.
