Wellington Management announces agreement to acquire Hartford Funds

The Hartford and Wellington agreed a Hartford Funds acquisition with an estimated US$1.9B transaction NPV, $300M closing cash and variable cash-sharing payments over seven years. Expected Q1 2027 completion subject to regulatory and fund approvals. No completed acquisition asserted.
