IndusInd becomes Nippon Life’s Indian insurance joint-venture partner

IIHL acquired the partner interest in Reliance Nippon Life on March 19, 2025 as part of the Reliance Capital transaction. Nippon Life retained 49% at the time. The insurer later changed its name to IndusInd Nippon Life on December 10, 2025.
