Post Advisory ownership exit agreed and subsequently completed

Nippon Life Americas agreed to sell all its Post Advisory ownership to Nexus and Aranda. Principal Funds later confirmed the change-of-control transaction closed November 3, 2025 and described the new full ownership by their joint-venture holding company and management.
