Resolution Life acquisition and Acenda integration completed

Nippon Life completed full ownership of Resolution Life on October 30, 2025 and acquired the remaining NLIANZ shares from NAB on October 31. The subsequent holding-company integration brought NLIANZ and Resolution Australasia under Nippon Life Australia and New Zealand NOHC; an operating-company merger was only under consideration.
