Nippon Life schedules investment-function transfer to NAM

Nippon Life provisionally scheduled transfer of credit and alternative investment functions to Nissay Asset Management for March25,2021. A discretionary investment contract was planned. Later investment disclosures confirm the transfer occurred; subsidiary AUM is not attributed to the insurance parent.
