Tresalis acquired majority ownership of Vyrao. Existing investor Elevate Beauty remained an equity partner following the transaction, so the deal does not establish a full exit by L Catterton’s platform. Founder Yasmin Sewell continued as Chief Brand Officer and shareholder.
