L Catterton →L Catterton completed its take-private of Del Frisco's Restaurant Group and separately agreed to sell the Double Eagle Steakhouse and Grille assets to Landry's, subject to closing conditions. Bartaco and Barcelona Wine Bar were to remain separate L Catterton-owned businesses.
