Mubadala Capital signs proposed Pierre et Vacances tender agreement

Mubadala Capital, through MC Pomona Bidco, signed a tender-offer agreement for Pierre et Vacances. Tender commitments are not completed ownership. The offer remains conditional, with filing expected by the first quarter of 2027 and closing expected in the first half of 2027.
